I’m unbelievably impressed with Clear Route Auto Glass, and so grateful for their work! I discovered a massive crack on my windshield on a Friday evening. After contacting my insurance and making an appointment with Safelite that would’ve been several days away, I decided to research for a local business to see if I could get a faster/easier appointment. That’s how I found these guys. I called their number on that Friday evening, assuming I’d have to leave a voicemail because it was 8pm... but to my surprise, Manny picked up, and I was able to schedule a Saturday afternoon appointment!!! It felt like a miracle. I then texted with him directly the next day to align my schedule with the arrival time, and when they arrived they completed the repair flawlessly in 45 minutes. Manny was also so nice and personable to speak with, both on the phone and in person. He gave me a receipt and documentation about the lifetime guarantee, refused the tip I repeatedly tried to offer, and then went on his way with a smile. I’m so relieved by how easy this was, and so thrilled I got to support a local family-owned business that does great work. I’ll be recommending them to everyone I know and using

My windshield cracked less than two months after buying my new car, and I was feeling so frustrated. While searching for a repair shop, I came across Clear Route Auto Glass after seeing disappointing reviews for another place. I’m so glad I did! From my very first interaction, they were nothing but professional, kind, and incredibly helpful. They ordered the glass, and as soon as they had it, they drove out to my house, replaced my windshield, and recalibrated my car—all in about an hour! The work was absolutely flawless, and my car felt as good as new. What truly set them apart was their clear, honest, and helpful communication. They worked directly with my insurance, making the entire process seamless—I didn’t have to worry about a thing. It’s rare to find a company that combines efficiency, quality, and top-notch customer service so seamlessly. Thank you, Clear Route Auto Glass! I couldn’t be happier with the experience. 10/10 recommend!
